Spectacular food, very well presented and very good dishes, very good service, helpful and attentive. We were recommended and I recommend it !! If you come to lubeck, you have an appointment pending.

I am a frequent guest for lunch with my daughter. We always enjoy the freshly prepared dishes and great service quality!

This place is an absolute delight of fine dining. Wonderful atmosphere and even better food in this small cosy restaurant. The set menu was amazing on all accounts, presentation, taste and quality of ingredients. The wine menu is extensive and offers high quality choices. There is an option for a la carte and they have a good deal for lunch. In summer they have a lovely garden in the back. An absolute recommendation for a fancy meal.

Yesterday was again at the VAI. This time I chose Labskaus from the lunch menu. Delicious. Visually a feast for the eyes. Excellent taste. My companions chose the spaghetti and the salad. They were also very satisfied. For the first time we took a seat in the quiet little backyard. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. It was definitely not the last visit?

Great food, schnettseltes. Pricey. Eaten quickly because we only had 45 minutes to eat, then we had to leave. Now in corona times, guests were way too close together, we sat well at the table of 2. Service came too close to the table without a mask, when I said something about it, the response was bad and insulted, our server did not come back and had a colleague pay us .....

Okay food... okay midday menu. Completely understand that they are NOT on the michelin guide. Ok food. Not great

We were lucky: there was not much going on and we got a table. Very tasty and above all innovative food. Outstanding service! However, already more expensive.

The prices are to high for this level of cuisine. Fish was too greasy , but dessert was nice. Service was good.

Not cheap but really very good Italian food like in Italy. Pure flavors that surprisingly combine well with brilliant (German) wines from Bischel. All in a nice ambiance. Had a delicious lunch.

The restaurant is very centrally located in the city center of Lübeck. The courtyard, where food is served, is very quiet. Switching off from everyday stress is easy. There is a day ticket with the current 2-course menu at affordable prices. The food was of a very high standard and the wine excellent. You would be happy to order a second glass.

My new favorite Lübeck restaurant on Hüxstrasse. The lunch table is great. The price-performance ratio is really great! The food is of a very high quality and the creations are very varied. A very courteous service team. In the summer months there is a fine, small courtyard. A real insider tip!

Our order was taken quickly and we received our food shortly after we ordered. The waitress was attentive of allergies and informed us what the dishes contained

Imaginative, tasty food, but quite high prices. Service effort; We found disturbing the three different ladies who, a little too often, disturbed our stimulated conversation by their repeated inquiries. At 19:40 o'clock in the small restaurant it was so loud that we preferred to flee. In the summer, it will be nice if the courtyard is open.

So far best meal in Germany ,food is suberb and very cheap (at lunch) I strongly recomend

The food was pretty good, but not superb. Our waiter was very nice and hospitable, and overall we had a very pleasant evening there.

Really a chilly location! Went there on the 2019-08-03 early evening. Nice atmosphere in the backyard. Very courteous the service. And the food was really great: Duroc-Blutwust fried, where is it? And cooked to the point! Compliment!! For the first hunger's from the house a well-stocked bread basket with delicious creams and culis. A really good mood for the concert. Sure, we left some EUROs. But it was worth it !!

We were there for dinner. Nice service The appetizer plate is highly recommended. The pea cube with salmon was interesting, the shrimp in tempura even tasted my friend who does not eat seafood. The main course was sole fillet and veal schnitzel. Everything fresh and top. The blue potato cream with truffle was just great. The lemon-lime ice cream at the dessert was also ??

A really great place with high quality dishes and good wines. Of course high priced, but the value for money is right here. I had spaghetti with scampi and it was really tasty. The service was very accommodating. On special occasions you can eat here very well. I will definitely come again.

Around lunchtime and this place is full, an hour later guests starts to go away. If you haven't booked a table this is your chance for a fantastic meal!

We got the 2 course menu at a really cheap price incl. Drink. Starters tomato soup and main course Caesar salad. The place is wildly cozy and the food comes fast. No wonder they are mentioned in Michelin.

It eats very well, very nice decorated local, with class, very helpful and delicious food. If you go to lubeck, I recommend going there for lunch or dinner.

We thought this was a good restaurant with good customer service. Actually, the truth is it sucks! Open until 10 pm, We came to the restaurant at pm 9, there was 3 other guests in the restaurant and we were told they were closed?! Don’t go there!

I enjoyed a nice lunch there yesterday. The staff is really helpful, with the food introduction and recommendations. The mascarpone with strawberry is really delicious there. Food price is acceptable, and worth the value there. I would like to go back for another try.

Wow!!! Good food, good value for money and in the historic city! Not to mention that the service is wonderful and friendly!
